Child Care Staffing Solutions provides two solutions for child care staffing:
1. Child Care Substitutes - job ready substitutes that can provide coverage for long or short term staffing needs
2. Permanent Job Placements - CCSS recruits individuals who would like to be placed permanently into an early childhood program. We recruit, train and equip them so that when you hire them they are ready to begin working. The one-time fee is paid before your program receives the job placements.
*To be a partner program and utilize the permanent placement option there is an annual fee to be a member and separate permanent hire fee.
