  • Who is this program for?

    Individuals and families with children from birth through 21 years old in Ohio.

  • Is there a cost to get support from the Parent and Youth Ambassadors?

    Support through a Parent and Youth Ambassador is available at no cost.

  • Can a community provider, social worker or school make a request on behalf of an individual or family?

    Yes, a community provider, social worker or school can make a request for a Parent and Youth Ambassador to support an individual or family.

  • How do I get in contact with a Parent and Youth Ambassador?

    You can make a request for support by contacting one of the CCRC’s Parent and Youth Ambassador’s Directly by:

    • You may also click on the “Contact Us” below to send a message and one of our
    Parent and Youth Ambassadors will follow-up with you.
    • If you have an urgent “after hours” you can call DCY Family and Customer
    Support Call Center at (844) 234-KIDS.
    • If you are having a mental health crisis, emotional distress or someone to talk to
    you can call 988 crisis lifelines.
