CCRC Calendar

Beginning with your August claim, we will be transitioning to a Dropbox-based system for submitting required documents. In the past, you were asked to email claim documents and other required materials. Moving forward, each center will be provided with an individual Dropbox folder where you can upload your documents directly. This change will streamline the submission process and allow our staff to access your information more quickly and efficiently.
While you will still be required to scan documents completely and clearly (including all sides, where applicable), you will now be able to upload them directly into your designated Dropbox folder.
To support this transition:
• We will provide detailed instructions on how to use Dropbox.
• We will also host a brief virtual training session (approx. 30 minutes) in August.
• Two-time options will be available: one morning and one afternoon session, to ensure that all administrative staff can attend.
• Attendance at one of these sessions is required before you will be granted access to your Dropbox folder.
• You must register ahead of time for at least one of the sessions.
