NEW Meal Pattern Lunch-n-Learn: Meat/Meat Alternatives
Please join the CCRC’s CACFP team on Tuesday, September 19th at 1:00p for the ‘NEW Meal Pattern Lunch-n-Learn on Meats/Meat Alternates’. This NEW Meal Pattern Lunch-n-Learn meeting is an overview of the key changes of the CACFP meal pattern requirements as it applies to meats and meat alternates. Participants will leave with an overview on how the new meal pattern impacts breakfast claims, identify at least three meat/meat alternates, changes to the infant meal pattern with meat/meat alternates and child nutrition label requirements.
