CCRC CACFP Onboarding Training
The CACFP onboarding process is built to ensure a strong and consistent start, with onboarding training as the most critical component.
This training provides a clear overview of program requirements, expectations, and daily operations. Each center must send a team that includes two administrators and one representative from each classroom. Attending together ensures shared understanding and allows the team to begin planning how CACFP will be implemented in your center.
The training covers key areas such as meal patterns, documentation, compliance, and family-style dining, while also giving your team the opportunity to ask questions and apply what they learn in real time.
Following the training, this team becomes responsible for training the rest of your staff and ensuring the program is implemented correctly and consistently.
