Sandusky County Foster Caregiver Connection Cafe: Regulate, Reflect, Respond: Caring for Yourself in the Midst of Trauma
We have developed monthly CCRC Caregiver Connection opportunities intended to become a network of support for new, seasoned and interested foster, kinship, and adoption families. These intentional networking opportunities provide a safe space for supports, and resources that provide you the opportunity to ask questions of other caregivers who truly understand what you are going through and can give some perspective and meaningful connections! Here is what you can expect:
• Your ideas to be heard and valued!
• Resources to be shared
• Ongoing training hours to be provided from your licensing agency
• Free meal for your family (a night without cooking!)
• Free child care (a night out for you!)
• Gift card drawing (a chance to earn some extra funds to feed your family)
